The prophet recounts the conversation between God and the people of Israel. The people accuse God of not listening to them when they pray, but God comes back with, 'I know you don't really mean it, because when you leave the temple you forget about me.' What's true worship? "Loose the bonds of injustice... let the oppressed go free... share your bread with the hungry..." Then you'll "be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to live in."
