Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent, a time when we recognize our brokenness and need to be healed. Lucky for us, God is in the business of healing. When God heals, according to these and other Scriptures, God's interest is in healing our whole life (not just sticking super glue on that broken hinge), and not just our life but the community that we're part of. Think about it, are we agents of that healing to the world around?
