When people have tunnel vision, they only see what's at the end of their tunnel, but can't see the whole picture (or even what's right beside them, walking the Road to Emmaus with them). Funny thing is, often they think that their view is all there is, and everyone else should see it their way too. But we know that it's not true. The world is much bigger and brighter than just the little spot at the end of my tunnel. If we only focus our tunnel on the pain at the end of our tunnel, we might forget to move our view over just a bit to see the empty tomb right next to the pain.
