Jesus disciples want a corner on the glory, but glory looks different to Jesus. On the one hand, Jesus' vision of glory is to be a servant to all (Isaiah 53). On the other hand, God's glory laid the foundations of the earth and flung the stars across the heavens (Job 38). What part of that do you want to participate in? or take over?
